- Breakfast: Bowl of mini-shredded wheat with added raisins. Cup of tea one sugar.
- Snacks: none
- Lunch: curry with rice. Glass of J2O.
- Snacks: Hot chocolate with whipped cream. Hot chocolate.
- Dinner: 1.5 potato skins, breaded broccoli, 1 chicken strip, oven roast chicken with bacon and cheese (only ate some, was burnt) and potatoes. PS I love you cocktail, Strawberry Daiquiri.
- Snacks: none.
