Day 5


  • Breakfast: Bowl of mini-shredded wheat with added raisins. Cup of tea one sugar.
  • Snacks: none
  • Lunch: curry with rice. Glass of J2O.
  • Snacks: Hot chocolate with whipped cream. Hot chocolate.
  • Dinner: 1.5 potato skins, breaded broccoli, 1 chicken strip, oven roast chicken with bacon and cheese (only ate some, was burnt) and potatoes. PS I love you cocktail, Strawberry Daiquiri.
  • Snacks: none.
