The Diet Begins - Day 1

So, today I bought some scales so that I can weigh myself. However, I was convinced to buy the fancy body-fat monitor ones. This means that I can depress myself lots more than I expected!

But really no, I'm hoping that this Blog will help me to keep track of how I am doing, and mean that I have a reason to get slimmer, fitter and generally feel good about myself. - If anyone wants to join in, feel free!

Today I post my current stats and my goals.

GOALS
10.5 stones in weight
25% body fat
28" waist
40" hips

GOAL DATE: I hope to get to this state by the first week in February (eek!) so that I'm comfortable on the holiday that I'm taking Dom on for his birthday!
